Shipping Policy

Dear customers, due to the current Movement Control Order, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and rest assured that we are doing our best to fulfill your orders as soon as possible! You may continue to track your parcel if you have received the tracking code via email.

• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
• We use flat-rate shipping of RM 8.00 for West Malaysia, and RM16.00 for East Malaysia.
• Free shipping is provided if there is free shipping promotion available.
• All shipments are processed in our West Malaysia facilities.
• No international shipment available at the moment.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
• Orders will be processed and shipped in 48 working hours once payment is received.
